Come & See Inspirations (C&SI) is a podcasting team based out of Ardagh in West Limerick. The C&SI team works on various podcasts which aim to spread hope and faith online and on air.

Originally we started out from 2010 until 2021 when our work was based around our weekly radio programme SacredSpace102fm (SS102fm) on West Limerick 102fm. Now we share our work via this page including our weekly podcast as well as other recordings and inspirational talks which we would like to share with you our listeners. Since August 2025 it also now includes our new weekly radio programme "Come & See Inspirations" as we have returned on air on West Limerick102fm.

Limerick's Novena to Our Lady of Perpetual Help 2020 - 7 June 2020 (S10E29b)
John and Shane are joined by Fr Seamus Enright to talk about a great Limerick summer tradition - the Novena to Our Lady of Perpetual Help which will be held virtually in 2020 due to the current situation with Covid-19.
The Novena will be available online each day from June 19th - 27th at www.novena.ie at the following times for the novena sessions:
- 8am
- 10am
- 7.15pm
- 9pm
During the afternoon, the church will be open to the public for those who (within the covid-19 restrictions) can visit privately to venerate the icon of Our Lady.
This year's theme is "Hope in a time of crisis".
For the duration of the Novena to Our Lady of Perpetual Help on West Limerick 102fm in conjunction with the Redemptorist Fathers, C&SI will broadcast one session each day from the Novena to allow listeners to take part in the novena after the 1pm news & obituaries.
