On this podcast John and Shane begin to unpack the Synod on Synodality called by Pope Francis which formally began on 10th October 2021 in Rome and will continue until Oct 2023. We look at the meaning of "Synod" and with the help of a few people we try to share various talks and thoughts on the whole process and the opportunity it presents for the whole People of God through the guidance of the Holy Spirit. The Church of God is convoked in Synod.
With this convocation, Pope Francis invites the whole Church to question itself on synodality:
a decisive theme for the life and mission of the Church.
